FIRST LADY BEVERLY MARTIN
Beverly was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age in life. She’s been married for 25 years to Pastor Stan Martin, who is the Senior Pastor of Holy Ground Christian Center. They also have 2 lovely children (Crystal and Jordan).
Sister Beverly began working for Bank of America shortly after graduating from High School. Starting as a clerk and retired after 19 years of service as a Bank Officer. Shortly after leaving the Bank, Beverly returned to college and enrolled in Early Childhood Development Courses. While in college, she began working as a teacher’s aide at North Hills Christian School in her son’s kindergarten class. Beverly absolutely fell in love with teaching young children. After completing the required courses, Beverly received her teaching credentials and began teaching preschool.
She is also an active member of the Body of Christ, serving as First Lady of Holy Ground Christian Center. She is active as the head usher and has been a seminar speaker at various Christian conferences. Her favorite scripture is:
Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
