PASTOR STANLEY MARTIN
Pastor Stan was raised in the Church of God in Christ, and received Christ as his Lord and Savior as a young child. He married his wife Sister Beverly in 1985, and they have a daughter and son. In 1994, Pastor Stan rededicated his life to the Lord and became a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Vallejo, CA. In 1998, he accepted his calling to Ministry. Pastor Stan trained, studied and ministered at Friendship for 2 years as a licensed Associate Minister, teaching the New Member’s Bible Study and leading the Men’s and Outreach Ministries. Pastor Stan and Sister Beverly moved on and served at Word of Faith Christian Center in Fairfield, CA, where he started and led the Outreach Ministry and began a Men’s Ministry. In March 2002, Pastor Stan and family felt led to join New Hope Church Community (C&MA) in Vallejo, CA. As a licensed Minister he served, studied and ministered under the leadership of Senior Pastor Terrence Nichols. During their 9 years of service at New Hope Church Community, Pastor Stan taught the New Member’s class and Tuesday night Bible Study class. He served on the Advisory Board and was a member of the Board of Directors. Also, he served as Director of Children’s Church, Outreach Ministry and Men’s Ministry. Pastor Stan was enrolled in the Christian & Missionary Alliance Leadership program, where he exceeded in studies of:

In 2011, Pastor Stan and wife answered the calling of the Lord and planted a church, Holy Ground Christian Center, in American Canyon. He was ordained as Senior Pastor in February 2011.
